Equality and Diversity Pledge
Inspiring Leaders believe that diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) should lie at the heart of education which is why we have collaborated on an Equality and Diversity Pledge with a group of ITT providers in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The goal is to optimise the teacher training experience for every trainee teacher to ensure they have the best possible start in their careers.
In being part of this pledge we are able to join a network of providers to share best practices and engage with authentic voices who can support us to bring about change and celebrate diversity within our provision.
Change is happening, and we are proud to be immersing our trainees in this important topic and helping them to be great advocates and that their students will benefit immensely.
