The Redhill Teaching Hub is proud to offer a SCITT route to teacher training with Inspiring Leaders. As a highly successful alliance, our experienced team has an outstanding track record of supporting trainees to realise their full potential. Working with a wide range of partner schools, we offer personalised support and mentoring, tailored to suit the individual needs of our trainees.

The course is delivered by outstanding practitioners and mentors, combining a practical classroom-based approach with integral high standard CPD opportunities. Alongside the school-led training we are proud to work in partnership with Nottingham Trent University, who support us to deliver the academic aspect of the course, enabling trainees to graduate with both QTS and a PGCE.

Over recent years, our growing cohort of successful Redhill trainees have gained the knowledge and skills provided through our programme, to go on to secure successful careers in education. This is a great opportunity for applicants to join our exciting SCITT Programme and become part of a team that values quality teaching and learning.
